This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead project teams by guiding both coworker and client teams in the design and development of solutions.
• Develop business cases, financial justifications, and content that highlight the benefits of solutions for customer-ready deliverables and presentations.
• Provide comprehensive oversight of technical solutions across various projects.
• Ensure alignment in solution strategies and maintain visibility for the solutions delivery team.
• Proactively identify and address or escalate issues related to project budgets.
• Conduct quality assurance on SOW requests that meet the criteria for size, cross-brand, and complexity.
• Perform peer reviews of deliverables to ensure technical accuracy.
• Cultivate client relationships as a reliable Technical Advisor.
• Act as the main point of contact for communications between different departments and clients.
• Suggest solutions and assist client account teams with proposals, quotes, and presentations.
• Analyze client needs to create ServiceNow services offerings across various technology solutions.
• Support complex projects across multiple geographic locations.
• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, including 3 years working on large enterprise cross-brand projects; or 11+ years of IT Infrastructure experience, including 3 years with large enterprise cross-brand projects.
• Knowledge of the eProcurement Process, ServiceNow HAM, SAM, CMDB, and the development of ServiceNow store applications.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and follow-up capabilities.
• Competency in managing and escalating technical issues to the appropriate vendor support teams.
• Ability to foster client relationships as a trusted Technical Advisor.
• Skill to serve as the primary point of communication between various departments and clients.
• Proficiency in leading technical reviews and editing deliverables.
• Technical expertise in analyzing client requirements to formulate ServiceNow offerings.
• Capability to recommend solutions and assist in the creation of proposals, quotes, and presentations.
• Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in presenting technology recommendations from a business viewpoint to both internal and external clients.
• Ability to research advanced and complex technology solutions, evaluate alternatives, make recommendations, and present client-oriented materials.
• Capacity to work effectively and calmly in situations of change, ambiguity, and risk.
• Demonstrated ability to apply lessons learned to unique challenges and adapt to new technologies.
• Willingness and ability to travel as necessary to other CDW locations or client sites.
• A valid U.S. driver's license is required.
• Annual bonus target of 10%, contingent upon the terms and conditions of the plan.
