Platform Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver specialized post-sales assistance for software and/or hardware systems, sub-systems, and/or applications.

• Assist customers or field staff through telephone communication and remote diagnostic tools.

• Serve as the expert for intricate issues and act as the internal representative during critical escalations.

• Proactively assess customer networks and pinpoint potential challenges within integrated software/hardware components, platforms, and protocols.

• Collaborate with management and teams to devise and implement solutions.

• Independently address problems of varying complexity.

• Potentially oversee labs, provide mentorship to junior engineers, and manage projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 - 6 years of relevant experience along with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 4 years of experience paired with a Master’s degree or equivalent.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Candidates must currently possess authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.

• Experience in delivering post-sales support for software and/or hardware systems, sub-systems, and/or applications.

• Proficient in utilizing telephone and remote diagnostic tools.

• Knowledgeable in industry protocols, solutions, and management of customer situations.
