Platform Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver specialized post-sales assistance for software and/or hardware systems, sub-systems, and/or applications to customers or field personnel.

• Employ telephone and remote diagnostic tools effectively.

• Serve as the subject matter expert for intricate issues.

• Act as the internal representative for critical escalations.

• Proactively assess customer networks and pinpoint potential challenges across software, hardware components, platforms, and protocols.

• Collaborate with management and teams to devise solutions.

• Independently tackle problems of various complexity.

• Oversee labs as necessary.

• Provide mentorship to junior engineers as needed.

• Manage projects when required.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 4 years of experience and a Master’s degree or equivalent.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Candidates must currently have authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Proficiency in communication and effective use of office technology.

• In-depth knowledge of industry protocols, solutions, and management of customer situations.
