Platform – DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Enhance and maintain Azure infrastructure and environments.

• Broaden Infrastructure as Code and automate deployment processes.

• Standardize CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment security.

• Strengthen observability, monitoring, and incident management.

• Execute security enhancements and oversee access/secrets management.

• Alleviate operational burdens on senior engineers by managing technical operations.

• Optimize developer workflows, CI reliability, and visibility of platform health.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of overall work experience, including at least 3 years of recent involvement in Azure DevOps, Platform engineering, or SRE roles within SaaS environments.

• Proficient skills in Azure, CI/CD frameworks, scripting/automation, and SQL/database operations.

• Practical experience in operating production systems and managing incident responses.

• Capability to take ownership, address operational challenges, and work autonomously.

• Pragmatic, hands-on approach focused on minimizing operational friction.

• Excels in dynamic, complex settings.

• It’s a plus if you have:

• Familiarity with the .NET ecosystem, multi-tenant SaaS, and security tools.

• Experience in performance monitoring and distributed tracing.
