Platform Delivery Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for a portfolio of customers, primarily consisting of key account renewals or lower complexity schemes.

• Collect and document customer requirements, creating detailed designs that meet specific customer needs while following best practices.

• Develop technical solutions that assist customers in reaching their overall project objectives, ensuring that the feasibility of requirements can be met with our technology.

• Configure OneHub to align with customer specifications.

• Support customers during the Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT) phase, ensuring smooth communication, addressing feedback, and facilitating a successful and satisfying testing experience.

• Organize and manage your work schedule throughout the year, ensuring effective planning for future utilization.

• Collaborate efficiently with a wide array of stakeholders, including internal teams and external parties, to ensure clear communication and successful results.

• Actively identify and mitigate risks within the project portfolio, working closely with the Manager to resolve issues.

• Ensure that project collateral and tracking measures are consistently accurate.

• Deliver high-quality outcomes for your customers, assessed based on defects raised, timeliness, and NPS.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong technical skills. A keen interest in technology (through current role, self-study, or education) with ideally the ability to program in at least one language (preferably C# / SQL knowledge).

• Some familiarity or knowledge of Project Management principles. Capable of managing multiple tasks across various stakeholders, addressing risks and issues, and prioritizing workload effectively.

• A logical and critical thinker, possessing the ability to systematically analyze and resolve problems.

• Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and an organized planner.

• Effective communicator. Capable of conveying complex, often technical concepts in a manner suitable for audiences ranging from non-technical to highly technical, using various verbal and written communication methods.

• Skilled in navigating challenging conversations with fairness and empathy.

• A team player.
