Planting and Seeding Product Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +18 more states.

📋 Description

• Build a proficient and confident dealer network by providing practical training, technical assistance, and sales support.

• Collaborate closely with Regional Leadership and Territory Managers to enable dealers to sell, install, configure, refine, and resolve issues with products.

• Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions focused on planting and seeding product lines.

• Enhance dealer capabilities in product sales, installation, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.

• Offer hands-on support during installation, startup, and in-field operations.

• Strengthen SurePoint’s dealer network by fostering technical expertise and promoting self-sufficiency.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams, including product and engineering departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with row crop planters, seeding machinery, or precision agriculture technology.

• Strong comprehension of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively train and communicate technical concepts.

• Proficient in hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving.

• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a role that requires extensive travel.

• Experience with dealer networks or agricultural retail environments is preferred.
