Planning & Portfolio Manager – US Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee resource planning activities, ensuring a balance between demand and capacity for various projects and initiatives.

• Lead Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycles to guarantee coherence among operational, commercial, and financial strategies.

• Manage changes within the portfolio, which includes reprioritizing tasks, adjusting scopes, and onboarding or offboarding initiatives.

• Coordinate product and market phase-in/phase-out processes to minimize disruption to business operations and mitigate risks.

• Establish governance frameworks, reporting standards, and mechanisms for portfolio transparency.

• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within defined scope, and budget while maintaining effective communication and reporting.

• Provide leadership with structured insights and recommendations to aid in strategic decision-making.

• Facilitate alignment among Operations and other essential business functions.

• Promote continuous improvement in planning, execution, and project management methodologies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Project Management, Portfolio Management, or related strategic planning disciplines.

• Proven expertise in resource planning, portfolio governance, and/or Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities, capable of fostering alignment across various functions and levels of seniority.

• Demonstrated experience in managing complex cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to convert data into actionable insights.

• Experience in delivering projects within the agreed-upon scope, timeline, and budget.

• Ability to quickly acclimate to new teams, tools, and methodologies with minimal onboarding time.

• A proactive attitude focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Professional proficiency in English.

• Must be available to work within the US (Stamford) time zone.
