• Collaborate effectively with the Field Sales, Finance, and RMX teams to significantly enhance our planning and forecasting capabilities.
• Oversee the monthly and long-term forecasting processes to ensure consistent outcomes (both internal and external).
• Spearhead the implementation of the forecast bias routine, sharing insights monthly with Customer leadership teams.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, AOP Management, and Perfect Path to Purchase initiatives for the respective team.
• Work closely with the Customer Excellence and Supply Chain teams to facilitate tool implementation.
• Meet trade plan objectives for both working and non-working trade expenditures to optimize ROI.
• Manage the customer joint business plan liability and reconciliation to support achievement of goals.
• Create and oversee key presentations for Quarterly customer meetings, internal business reviews, and other content creation requirements.
• Responsible for item maintenance and deductions management within Costco systems.
• Demonstrated financial acumen, intellectual curiosity, and clear examples of advanced analytical capabilities.
• Possesses ability and proven experience in CPG, preferably within a Club team or Customer environment.
• Extensive and verified experience utilizing syndicated and other data to derive insights, recommendations, and business plans to sway customer decisions in favor of team objectives.
• Exceptional attention to detail, a proven track record of working under tight deadlines, and the ability to deliver results independently.
• Capable of working autonomously within a Sales team framework to strategize, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Displays strong interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with the potential to negotiate and influence effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills and the ability to learn new systems such as IRI and Spark.
