Planning Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee purchase orders with suppliers to meet company targets for in-stock rates and inventory turnover. This involves analyzing orders post-placement, managing shipments, and addressing backorders for those vendors.

• Assign products to the most suitable fulfillment centers to enhance in-stock rates and turnover.

• Collaborate with the vendor management team to gather necessary product information, communicate supplier performance, and be accountable for interactions with our vendors regarding the placement and management of purchases.

• Take charge of the pod's KPIs, including Out of Stock Rate, Inventory Turn, Obsolete Slow-Moving Inventory, and Sell-Through Rate.

• Offer comprehensive analysis to uncover opportunities for increasing revenue and profitability from an inventory perspective. Capable of consolidating extensive data sets—shipments, sales, inventory, etc.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, purchasing, and supply chain.

• Proficient in Excel and highly skilled in Microsoft Office.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Familiarity with forecasting, planning, and replenishment systems.

• Experience engaging with both domestic and international merchandise manufacturer vendor bases.
