Planning Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluate existing business processes, foresee needs, and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Chart processes using techniques such as 5W1H, incorporating activity flows, diagrams, flowcharts, descriptive narratives, and the identification of essential tasks.

• Establish standards for Petrobras’ management system.

• Assess, organize, and confirm requirements while designing future-state processes.

• Validate solutions, eliminate adoption obstacles, and evaluate results.

• Analyze value-chain KPIs for the AGP Executive Management department.

• Develop dashboards to assess and confirm data integrity.

• Create visual presentations in PowerPoint and comprehensive documents in Word.

• Offer options to facilitate decision-making while taking various stakeholders into account.

• Analyze asset performance, deviations, trends, and forecasts.

• Execute additional related tasks of similar complexity and scope.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Excel for handling substantial data volumes.

• Familiarity with Miro, Visio, and other process-mapping tools.

• Background in planning and control, process development, and reengineering.

• Capability to develop and implement data and metrics.

• Preferred knowledge of SQL for database querying and analysis generation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

• Active registration with the pertinent professional engineering council.

• Experience executing the described responsibilities or working in related areas, subject to client oversight team approval.
