Plan Manager – Tax Exempt Retirement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for designated sponsored plans.

• Address service and communication challenges through direct engagement with plan sponsors, participants, TPAs, and internal functional teams, including money in, money out, and technical services.

• Engage in relationship management activities with plan sponsors and clients.

• Collaborate with sales, recordkeeping, and operations teams to ensure coordination and smooth service delivery.

• Contribute to product development projects and initiatives aimed at process enhancement.

• Independently tackle complex customer service and communication challenges.

• Recognize and support opportunities for plan retention with sponsors, distribution partners, and TPAs.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services sector.

• Proven customer service experience and robust client support abilities.

• Experience with OMNI.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• SPARK certification or a similar industry credential is preferred.
