Tax Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer assistance through phone, WhatsApp, and both in-person and virtual meetings to address inquiries and streamline processes

• Address and resolve issues, investigate tax-related information, and keep track of tax legislation updates

• Prepare and submit ancillary tax returns and declarations of varying complexities—low, medium, and high—at the federal, state, and municipal levels utilizing government agency systems

• Finalize tax closings and distribute payment slips

• Execute tasks using the Domínio system and the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (RFB) website, adhering to both municipal and federal regulations

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in tax operations

• Experience in an accounting firm setting

• Currently enrolled in a higher education program in a relevant field

• Familiarity with the Domínio system
