This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee clinical affiliation agreements from the initial request to the final signature and database entry across various university partner programs.
• Facilitate communication between educational partners, clinical facilities, and internal legal counsel throughout the negotiation and agreement process.
• Review contract language and attachments for precision, relevance, and program-specific stipulations prior to advancing agreements.
• Monitor the affiliation agreement pipeline and provide regular status updates to ensure internal stakeholders are kept informed about contract progression and any escalation requirements.
• Manage time-sensitive agreement requests during peak placement periods in collaboration with the placement team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date site, preceptor, and contract data within Exxat.
• Identify specific student clearance requirements that are site-specific and state-specific across clinical agency locations.
• Assist placement advisors with student compliance and clearance onboarding on an individual basis, including data entry and status tracking in the placement portal.
• Provide data summaries and pipeline reports to enhance internal stakeholder communication and placement coordination.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in higher education, preferably in field placement, clinical education, or contracts coordination.
• Proven experience in facilitating clinical affiliation agreements, MOUs, or education affiliation agreements.
• Excellent written communication skills with the capability to engage professionally and accurately with external partners and facilities.
• Highly organized, with the ability to handle a high-volume pipeline across multiple concurrent accounts.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets required) and clinical placement management systems; experience with Exxat is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of FERPA and appropriate management of student records and PII.
• Capable of managing competing project timelines and prioritizing tasks independently.
