This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take ownership of pipeline generation and acceleration initiatives that align with quarterly revenue objectives.
• Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that encompass paid media, email outreach, webinars, and content syndication.
• Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), oversee lead stages, and enhance MQL-to-SQL conversion rates.
• Convert the value of AI and SaaS products into compelling, pipeline-centric messaging.
• Oversee campaign forecasts, pipeline goals, and performance analytics.
• Continuously refine programs based on funnel data and insights from attribution analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B pipeline or demand marketing within a SaaS context.
• Deep understanding of AI-driven products and intricate SaaS buyer journeys.
• Proven success in generating qualified pipeline and driving revenue growth.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot or Marketo integrated with Salesforce).
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and project management.
• Non-negotiable: Previous experience working fully remotely, proficiency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience with companies based in the US or UK. Applications from candidates without this experience will not be accepted.
