Pipeline Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee and sustain candidate pipelines utilizing Salesforce

• Engage with facilities and stakeholders through WhatsApp and other communication platforms

• Perform and finalize candidate reference checks

• Join and contribute to weekly recruitment discussions with facilities

• Maintain precise candidate records and recruitment documentation

• Facilitate communication among candidates, recruiters, and facilities

• Monitor candidate progress and guarantee timely follow-up actions

• Assist in recruitment operations and administrative tasks

• Uphold professionalism and confidentiality in all communications and documentation

• Provide support for reporting and pipeline tracking as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is strongly preferred

• Prior experience in recruitment coordination, candidate management, healthcare staffing, or administrative support is preferred

• Excellent interpersonal skills are essential

• Effective communication abilities are required

• Strong follow-up and follow-through skills are necessary

• Proficiency in Salesforce is required

• Familiarity with Outlook is essential

• Experience with WhatsApp is required

• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams is necessary

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities are important

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting is essential

• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment are required
