Pipe Foreman

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee pipe crews on substantial civil underground utility projects.

• Read and interpret project plans, specifications, grades, and elevations effectively.

• Coordinate daily operations with superintendents, operators, inspectors, subcontractors, and project teams.

• Maintain productivity while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Swiftly and professionally identify and resolve field-related issues.

• Assist in training and developing crew members.

• Create organized, accountable teams capable of consistently executing challenging tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a foreman or in crew leadership within underground utility construction.

• In-depth knowledge of storm, sanitary, and water installation processes.

• Proficient in reading plans, managing grades/elevations, and directing field operations.

• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and trench/jobsite safety practices.

• Good judgment, accountability, and the ability to lead effectively under pressure.
