Pilates Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct engaging, form-centered workouts that enhance strength, connection, and confidence in every session.

• Facilitate form-focused Pilates classes utilizing the BODYBAR method—offering challenges and support for all fitness levels.

• Provide members with expert cues to ensure safety, alignment, and confidence in every movement.

• Offer clear and positive assistance to members—addressing inquiries about modifications, studio policies, and promotions.

• Manage your class schedule effectively—secure substitutes promptly to maintain a high-quality member experience.

• Foster community by engaging with members before, during, and after classes to cultivate a welcoming environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fundamental understanding of anatomy and body movement.

• Experience in Pilates or group fitness is preferred but not mandatory.

• Successfully complete and pass BODYBAR’s Instructor Training Program.

• CPR & AED Certification is mandatory.

• Instructors must acquire and present proof of Instructor liability insurance upon request.
