Physician Support Specialist – Pulmonology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement a territory strategy aimed at expanding both new and existing business through proactive outreach.

• Clearly communicate Accredo’s programs and services to enhance engagement and fortify customer relationships.

• Perform outbound and inbound calls to evaluate prospects, generate leads, and finalize opportunities.

• Collaborate across functions with internal partners to facilitate daily territory operations and ensure alignment.

• Establish and nurture relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, clients, and payers to understand needs and develop solutions.

• Act as a subject matter expert on product launches, cross-functional initiatives, and support for internal partners.

• Represent the organization at trade shows, conferences, and external meetings as required.

• Provide external presentations to aid in business development and physician engagement initiatives.

• Work alongside account executives to devise and present strategies that lessen administrative burdens and enhance clinical outcomes in the designated territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience; experience in healthcare or sales support is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation capabilities.

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to address client concerns and assist with operational requirements.

• Strong customer service focus.

• Capability to manage timelines and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with the healthcare or PBM industry is preferred.
