Physician Relations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Conduct phone interviews with graduating residents and fellow physicians to collect essential recruitment information.

• Complete interviews over the phone with physicians to gather their personal contact details and future practice interests.

• Make outbound calls to physicians regarding potential practice opportunities.

• Engage with residents and fellows via social media platforms.

• Educate physicians about PracticeMatch's career resources.

• Handle inbound calls from physicians, hospitals, and administrators.

• Operate independently to achieve daily and weekly targets for phone call attempts and physicians interviewed.

• Generate between 80-100 calls each day.

• Exceptional listening abilities and professional phone communication skills.

• Proficient in using LinkedIn.

• Self-motivated and assertive in pursuit of goals.

• Experience adopting a ‘sales’ approach when dealing with “gate-keepers.”

• Outbound calling experience is preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience in market research; sales and/or customer support is preferred.

• Strong communication skills are essential for success.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.

• Attention to detail, as the role involves data entry of information received from physicians.
