This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Proactively identifies and engages experienced dermatology practitioner candidates through both traditional and innovative methods within target markets.
• The main sourcing duties involve reaching out to untapped leads via cold calls, emails, and social media platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential Dermatologists and Physician Extenders that ultimately encourage them to join an ID practice.
• Pursue potential candidates with integrity, aiming to secure signed contracts.
• Collaborate with the Seeker team to streamline sourcing efforts and prevent overlapping recruiting activities.
• Work alongside the regional VP Operations to gather essential practice information and support candidate closing processes.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3-5 years of experience in physician recruiting.
• Excellent organizational abilities with a knack for proactive prioritization.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in PC skills, including MS Office applications.
• Willingness to travel less than 10% of the time, if required.
• Strong ability to network via social media.
