This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +20 more states.
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques beyond traditional job boards to identify physicians across various specialties.
• Assess resumes and evaluate candidates' qualifications in relation to job requirements.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to gauge clinical knowledge, 'webside manner,' and technical skills for virtual care.
• Collaborate with and provide guidance to hiring managers to facilitate informed selection decisions.
• Independently counsel and influence stakeholders (such as candidates and hiring managers) about the candidate market and recruitment processes.
• Oversee the offer process, which includes salary negotiations, benefits discussions, and the finalization of employment terms.
• Evaluate candidate pipeline history and pass-through rates to assess the success of recruitment strategies and identify areas for enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in Physician Recruitment.
• Over 5 years of experience in building relationships and engaging with hiring managers and candidates.
• At least 5 years of experience utilizing sourcing tools to discover a diverse range of candidates.
• Knowledge of multi-state licensing and the distinctions between 1099 and W2 clinical employment.
