Physician, Medical AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Analyze clinical EHR vignettes that include questions, suggested answers, and distractor trap answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate vignettes covering various systems, including cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary.

• Assess the quality of clinical reasoning, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, the correctness and gradeability of answers, and the quality of traps.

• Determine if reasoning leads to the answer based solely on the facts presented in the vignette.

• Create correct reasoning traces and compose concise rationales.

• Participate in three independent blind reviews followed by physician adjudication.

• Dedicate approximately 10–20 hours weekly during active project phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician (MD/DO).

• Hold a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, confirmed by the issuing medical board.

• Have board certification or completed residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level preferred.

• Extensive multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Exhibit strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is a plus.

• Proficient written English (C1+ level).

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or those with non-clinical healthcare titles.

• Tasks must be submitted by deadlines and meet specified acceptance criteria.
