This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Propel sales growth by advocating for Henry Schein’s exclusive laboratory offerings, which encompass instrumentation, reagents, consumables, and point-of-care testing.
• Establish and nurture trusted advisor relationships with physicians, lab directors, administrators, and key decision-makers across various healthcare settings.
• Analyze competitive activities and market shifts to refine strategies and seize opportunities in untapped markets.
• Perform diagnostic workflow assessments to identify chances for upgrading instrumentation, consolidating suppliers, and enhancing reimbursement possibilities.
• Generally, 7 or more years of progressively responsible and complex professional experience.
• Experience within the MedTech or laboratory operations sectors is advantageous.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing revenue and unit goals.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Preferred experience includes selling to physician office labs, urgent care centers, large group practices, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs).
• Knowledge of reagent rental models, CLIA compliance, and reimbursement structures is beneficial.
