This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• The Physician Lab Sales Specialist (PLSS) plays a crucial role in driving sales of CLIA-waived and moderately complex diagnostic solutions within physician-owned laboratories, urgent care centers, community health clinics, and specialty practices.
• Propel sales growth by advocating for Henry Schein’s exclusive laboratory solutions, which include instrumentation, reagents, consumables, and point-of-care testing.
• Implement strategic account plans aimed at maximizing revenue, enhancing penetration across specialties, and retaining high-value customers.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with physicians, lab directors, administrators, and decision-makers across various care settings.
• Perform diagnostic workflow analyses to identify opportunities for upgrading instrumentation, consolidating vendors, and enhancing reimbursement potential.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the CLIA regulatory landscape, including waived, moderate, and high complexity testing environments.
• Generally, 7 or more years of progressively responsible and complex professional experience is required.
• Strong understanding of industry practices is essential.
• High proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures.

• This position is eligible for a bonus, which is not reflected in the posted range, contingent upon the achievement of the plan.
