Physician Collaborator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.

📋 Description

• Conduct regular reviews of patient charts

• Organize monthly meetings

• Act as a clinical resource for advanced practice providers

• Ensure high-quality patient care through collaboration with Nurse Practitioners

• Work together with clinical leaders to enhance the quality of care

• Analyze outcome data, procedures, and records issues

• Report directly to the Associate Director

• Commit to approximately five hours of service each month

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a current and unrestricted medical license in Mississippi

• Required to actively practice medicine in Mississippi in a physical capacity

• Graduate from an accredited MD or DO program at a recognized university

• Board certification or Board Eligibility is necessary

• At least 2 years of telemedicine/telehealth experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Collaborating Physician

• Capability to complete approximately 5 hours of work each month

• Must have a dedicated workspace that ensures no interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information

• Self-provided internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds

• Should be able to travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings if required
