This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create realistic clinical scenarios and instructions that reflect everyday specialty practices.
• Evaluate clinical outputs for precision and identify any incorrect, outdated, or potentially harmful information.
• Validate reference answers against actual clinical practices, incorporating caveats, uncertainties, and requests for additional information.
• Develop and assess grading criteria, ensuring appropriate emphasis on safety-critical items.
• Provide clear written justifications when expressing disagreement and outline the weaknesses each item aims to reveal.
• Identify edge cases and ambiguities to enhance guidelines and bolster reviewer consistency.
• Collaborate asynchronously on a designated platform within the physician’s specialty and daily scope of practice.
• Licensed physician located in the US, Europe, or Asia-Pacific.
• Current or recent experience in clinical practice within the specified specialty.
• Strong knowledge of current guidelines, diagnostic reasoning, and standards of clinical documentation.
• Demonstrated accuracy and consistency in clinical review or assessment tasks.
• Proficient in using structured review tools and digital platforms.
• Native or near-native proficiency in written English.
• Legal right to work in the country of residence.
• Capability to operate as an independent contractor.
• Valid medical registration number required.
