Physician – Clinical AI Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, validate, and create clinical tasks across various clinical scenarios and formats.

• Develop realistic clinical scenarios and instructions that reflect daily specialty practices.

• Review clinical outputs for precision and highlight any incorrect, outdated, or potentially harmful content.

• Confirm reference answers, including caveats, uncertainties, and requests for additional information.

• Create and assess grading criteria, ensuring proper weighting of safety-critical items.

• Offer succinct written explanations for disagreements and pinpoint weaknesses addressed by evaluation items.

• Identify edge cases and ambiguities to enhance guidelines and improve consistency among reviewers.

• Collaborate asynchronously on a specialized platform within the physician’s area of expertise and practice scope.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed physician based in the US, Europe, or Asia-Pacific.

• Current or recent clinical experience in the specified specialty.

• Strong understanding of current guidelines, diagnostic reasoning, and clinical documentation standards.

• Demonstrated accuracy and consistency in clinical review or assessment roles.

• Proficient in using structured review tools and digital platforms.

• Native or near-native proficiency in written English.

• Authorization to work in the country of residence.

• No visa sponsorship required; must be legally permitted to work in the country of physical presence.

• Position requires independent contractor status.

• Application must include medical registration number, specialty, physician seniority/grade, and years of clinical experience.
