Physician Billing Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervises all billing associates at Ensemble Health Partners

• Accountable for the department's performance and efficiency

• Track associates' attendance, productivity, quality assurance reviews, and workflows

• Ensure that training and annual performance evaluations are conducted

• Promote compliant billing practices, enhance revenue, and minimize denials

• Oversee associates engaged in both paper and electronic billing functions

• Collaborate with departments such as Patient Access, Coding, Follow Up, Denials, and Revenue Management

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience required

• Proficiency in Excel is preferred

• Background in Revenue Cycle Management and Billing is preferred
