This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide safe, high-quality, patient-focused primary care through both asynchronous and synchronous methods, utilizing strong clinical judgment to effectively triage, manage, and refer patients as needed.

• Cultivate enduring patient relationships that promote ongoing engagement and high satisfaction levels.

• Leverage data and clinical insights to facilitate proactive management of patient panels, address care gaps, and enhance outcomes as Sana’s population health capabilities advance.

• Actively engage in the development of clinical protocols, workflows, or operational strategies aimed at improving patient experience, quality, or efficiency.

• Communicate with empathy and clarity while upholding and reinforcing team communication standards.

• Handle a dynamic caseload of at least 20 asynchronous cases daily, ensuring adherence to superior clinical standards.

• Rapidly become proficient in Sana's clinical platforms, AI-enhanced workflows, and technology, while identifying areas for enhancement in our tools, processes, and care delivery methods.

• Offer physician oversight and clinical guidance for Advanced Practice Providers in compliance with state regulations, fostering a collaborative, high-quality care environment.

• Work collaboratively with clinical, product, and operations teams, demonstrating humility, a low-ego approach, and a commitment to collective success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

• Currently licensed to practice in Texas; additional active licenses (particularly in Arizona and California) are advantageous.

• Available to work Monday–Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

• Minimum of 3 years of independent outpatient primary care experience following residency.

• Experience in telemedicine and/or startup environments is preferred.
