⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of a 3-year residency in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine

• Current ABMS or AOA Board Certification in Family Medicine or dual boarded in Internal Medicine + Pediatrics (Med Surg)

• Over 3 years of post-residency experience in an Urgent Care or Primary Care outpatient environment

• An active and unrestricted medical license in your state of residence; residing in an IMLC state is mandatory

• Multi-state licensure is preferred

• Experience and capability to provide care for patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatric individuals

• Must maintain an active status with Medicare
