Physical Therapist Opportunity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide virtual physical therapy services to students using a secure teletherapy platform.

• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine students' physical and functional requirements.

• Create and execute personalized therapy plans that align with each student's IEP objectives.

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student achievement.

• Engage in virtual IEP meetings and offer recommendations to enhance student outcomes.

• Monitor student performance, modify treatment strategies as necessary, and accurately document progress.

• Prepare and maintain timely therapy notes, progress reports, and necessary compliance documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exhibit outstanding communication, organizational, and technology skills.

• Possess an active California Physical Therapist license or be eligible to obtain licensure.

• Capable of delivering remote services while complying with all California state and school district regulations.

• Previous experience in school-based practice or teletherapy is preferred but not mandatory.

• Committed to assisting students in improving mobility, independence, and participation in the educational setting.
