This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Provide clinical expertise to TAVR implanting centers, which includes participating in TAVI implant procedures to assist with the loading of valves onto delivery catheters and offering technical support in line with the instructions for use/trial protocol, as well as best practices to ensure procedural consistency and optimal clinical outcomes.
• Support site performance to promote safe growth.
• Collaborate and strategize with territory sales representatives and the CVG field organization to achieve sales targets and implement business plans.
• Deliver quality technical support to assist sites in achieving procedural success.
• Educate implanting teams on the appropriate indications for TAVR procedures.
• Provide assistance with inquiries regarding device suitability, leveraging measuring capability and CT reconstruction expertise.
• Develop and sustain comprehensive clinical and technical knowledge of products.
• Educate and train hospital staff on proper valve loading techniques.
• Support district sales strategies by working alongside sales representatives and managers to meet business goals within the CBT business unit and the wider CVG organization.
• Uphold high standards of personal presentation and promote a professional image for both oneself and the company.
• A High School Diploma along with 11+ years of experience OR an Associate’s Degree and 9+ years OR a Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of clinical or sales experience in selling or supporting interventional cardiology, vascular, or surgical products, with a minimum of 3 years of such experience in an industry setting.
• Associate’s Degree in engineering, nursing, or a related science field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or science.
• Familiarity with wires, balloons, catheters, and stents.
• Strong understanding of cardiac and vascular anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
• Experience in articulating a product’s market advantages to physicians and hospital administration.
• Proven track record in managing multiple accounts.
• Experience in teaching and educating medical personnel, peers, and technical support staff.
• Proficiency in imaging interpretation (TTE or Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE), CT, Angiograms).
• Expertise in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional influencing and consulting abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make prompt and sound decisions.
• Robust project management skills with experience in coordinating programs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures, and the medical device industry.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with peers and colleagues across various organizational levels and functions.
• Ability to manage and participate in multiple tasks/projects in a dynamic environment in an organized fashion while meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to travel with overnight stays up to 50-75% of the time, depending on geographic variability.
