Mental Health Therapist – LCSW/LPCC/LMFT/LP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain strong, supportive relationships with clients of various age groups to establish a safe therapeutic space.

• Deliver evidence-based individual teletherapy to clients aged 11 to 60 who are facing mild to moderate mental health challenges.

• Offer psychoeducation to the parents or caregivers of younger clients when relevant to your caseload.

• Build and manage a caseload consisting of youth, adults, or a combination of both.

• Collaborate with families and community partners to support the well-being and success of clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a valid professional license such as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP in the State of California.

• Only fully licensed clinicians are eligible; associate and provisionally licensed clinicians should not apply.

• A strong passion for mental health services across all age groups is essential.

• A proven dedication to providing culturally responsive and equitable care.

• Experience in delivering individual therapy to youth (ages 11 to 24) and adults (ages 18 to 60) is required.

• Must be comfortable with telehealth methodologies.

• Prior experience in providing telehealth services is necessary.
