⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline (or equivalent professional experience).

• Over 4 years of professional experience in developing production backend systems using PHP.

• Expert-level knowledge in contemporary PHP (7.4/8.x+), encompassing OOP, strict typing, namespaces, Composer, and prevalent design patterns.

• Strong foundational knowledge of backend concepts: HTTP, REST, authentication/authorization, sessions, caching, queues, and API design.

• Extensive experience with databases (e.g., MySQL/PostgreSQL), including schema design, indexing, query optimization, and transactions.

• Familiarity with at least one major PHP framework (e.g., Laravel, Symfony) and understanding of dependency injection, middleware, and ORM trade-offs.

• Security-focused mindset with practical knowledge of secure coding practices (e.g., OWASP Top 10, input validation, SQL injection, XSS, CSRF, secrets handling).

• Proficiency with version control, CI/CD workflows, and automated testing (e.g., PHPUnit, integration tests, mocking strategies).

• Previous experience in AI data training, annotation, or assessing AI-generated technical content is highly advantageous.

• Minimum C1 level English proficiency (both written and spoken), with the ability to produce clear technical explanations and adhere to detailed English-language guidelines.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a systematic mindset, with a methodical approach to evaluating reasoning quality and detecting subtle bugs in complex PHP/backend systems.
