This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Capture high-quality still photography, listing videos, 3D or 360° virtual tours, drone photography and videos, as well as social media videos for various properties.

• Employ advanced photography techniques and equipment to highlight property features and aesthetics.

• Coordinate with clients on-site to comprehend their photography needs.

• Guide clients and property owners throughout the photography sessions.

• Utilize proprietary technology to craft immersive media experiences.

• Ensure all photographs adhere to brand guidelines and accurately depict properties.

• Manage and maintain cameras, lenses, accessories, and all other photography equipment.

• Organize and upload captured media for subsequent post-processing.

• Adhere to deadlines, maintain punctuality in appointments, and follow availability guidelines.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in real estate photography.

• Develop creative concepts that emphasize each property's unique selling points.

• Collaborate with Regional Managers, Market Leaders, photographers, real estate agents, and marketing professionals.

• Adapt to changes in media, products, services, and techniques for capturing and processing.

• Represent Zillow Media Experts in a professional manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experienced photographer, ideally with a background in the real estate industry.

• Exceptional customer service and professional communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to efficiently capture homes while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Punctual and capable of delivering media by set deadlines.

• Comfortable working independently and autonomously.

• Ability to learn the processes and computer systems used by Zillow Media Experts.

• Experience in capturing high-quality photography, particularly exterior and interior real estate images, real estate videos, 3D tours, and drone media.

• Strong understanding of photography fundamentals using DSLR or mirrorless systems.

• May be required to obtain an FAA Part 107 drone license and complete drone training based on business needs.

• Possess a valid driver's license.

• Access to reliable transportation, whether owned, maintained, or arranged.

• Ability to drive within a 60+ mile radius of City Center.

• Minimum availability of 20 hours per week.

• Preferred internet upload speed of at least 15 Mbps.

• Must be located near Columbus, OH.

• Professional full-frame or crop-sensor DSLR/mirrorless camera with 5-bracket Auto Exposure Bracketing capability.

• Wide-angle zoom lens.

• Ball head or geared head tripod.
