This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Edit and enhance high-volume photography using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop to meet studio standards.
• Conduct exposure and color corrections, white balance adjustments, contrast and tonal modifications, sharpening, and noise reduction.
• Correct vertical lines, perspective, and lens distortion while ensuring a natural and realistic appearance.
• Execute precise retouching tasks, including object removal, clean-up, reflections, minor distractions, and other specified corrections.
• Efficiently utilize masks, layers, selections, and non-destructive workflows; perform bracket blending, window/detail balancing, and sky replacement as needed.
• Leverage Adobe Firefly and other authorized AI platforms to enhance production efficiency and quality.
• Review AI-assisted outputs for artifacts, inconsistencies, unrealistic details, or brand-quality concerns prior to delivery.
• Stay updated on editing, automation, and AI advancements that can enhance speed and consistency.
• Maintain a disciplined approach to managing downloads, working files, exports, uploads, and archives.
• Adhere to naming conventions, folder structures, export specifications, version control, and delivery protocols.
• Efficiently handle large sets of images, ensuring no files are overlooked, duplicated, improperly named, or delivered in incorrect formats.
• Safeguard client materials and uphold strict confidentiality regarding images, addresses, project information, and company files.
• Proactively identify missing, corrupt, or unusual files and communicate issues promptly.
• Utilize Adobe Illustrator for production graphics and studio templates.
• Create clean, accurate, presentation-ready floor plans from provided source material in accordance with branding standards.
• Verify floor plan labels, room names, line work, alignment, spelling, and overall presentation; make revisions as requested.
• Conduct final quality checks before submitting each job.
• Follow written instructions, job notes, examples, and feedback meticulously.
• Communicate clearly in English when briefs are unclear or production challenges arise.
• Consistently apply feedback and corrections to future projects.
• Manage priorities effectively when multiple jobs are due and escalate deadline risks promptly.
• Participate in strategy and consulting meetings regarding technical matters for company and client interests.
• 2–3+ years of professional photo editing experience in a commercial or production setting.
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, including color correction, exposure adjustments, retouching, masking, layers, selections, object removal, and image clean-up.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom for processing and editing large volumes of images.
• Experience with Adobe Firefly or other AI-assisted photo editing tools is highly desirable, with the capability to review and refine AI-generated results to meet professional standards.
• Strong visual judgment, with a keen eye for color, exposure, composition, consistency, realism, and overall image presentation.
• Ability to manage high-volume image production, with an expected workload of approximately 60–80 images/jobs per day when completed manually, potentially increasing to around 100+ with AI-assisted workflows.
• Strong file management and production discipline, including the organization, naming, processing, uploading, and accurate management of large volumes of image files.
• Ability to adhere to detailed editing instructions, job briefs, mark-ups, and established production standards.
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining speed, accuracy, and consistency.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage daily workloads, and meet production deadlines.
• Reliable computer equipment and a stable internet connection suitable for handling large image files and remote production tasks.
• Willingness to operate according to Australian business/production requirements and quality standards.
• Must be comfortable working as part of a pioneering production team in the Philippines and contributing to the development of the local operation.
• Must possess their own working equipment for the job.
• Experience editing Australian-market photography, particularly with an understanding of Australian property presentation standards.
• Experience editing real estate/property photography is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with drone and aerial photography, including drone property imagery.
• Experience with portrait photography.
• Experience working with helicopter/aerial photography.
• Experience creating or editing floor plans using Adobe Illustrator.
