This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Edit and enhance property photography to ensure professional and consistent residential listings.

• Prepare and refine drone imagery, which includes location pins, site highlights, and directional markers.

• Optimize property images for various platforms such as websites, portals, social media, and digital advertising.

• Implement brand guidelines across property marketing materials.

• Resize, crop, and format images tailored for different platforms and placements.

• Assist in designing layouts for listing graphics, social media tiles, and digital brochures.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on listing requirements and priorities.

• Maintain organized folders and asset libraries.

• Ensure the accuracy of property boundaries, location markers, and overall visual presentation.

• Manage multiple property listings and design requests while adhering to required timeframes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.

• Strong background in editing property photography and digital images.

• Experience with drone imagery, including the addition of location pins, overlays, and annotations.

• Understanding of image optimization for real estate portals, websites, and social media platforms.

• Exceptional attention to detail, composition, and visual consistency.

• Ability to accurately follow and apply brand guidelines.

• Excellent time management skills with the capability to meet tight listing deadlines.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with onshore team members.

• Competence in managing multiple listings and competing priorities efficiently.

• Self-provided USB headset with noise-cancellation features.

• Working webcam.

• Computer equipped with at least a 1.5 GHz processor and a minimum of 8GB RAM.

• Main internet connection of at least 50 Mbps cable service.

• Backup internet service with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps.

• Dual monitor setup.

• BIR registration along with required government contributions.

• NBI or Police Clearance.

• Government-issued identification.

• English proficiency test completion.

• Personality test completion.

• Quiet work-from-home environment with minimal noise.

• Willingness to comply with Wingman IT and security regulations and system monitoring.
