• Manages customer interactions through phone calls, text messages, emails, and online chats related to automotive accessory orders, product queries, and returns.
• Initiates outbound calls and text messages to current customers to follow up on sales leads (tickets & quotes) and secure sales.
• Responds to incoming calls, text messages, tickets, and chats from various queues as required and instructed by the management team.
• Utilizes enthusiasm and product knowledge to promote automotive accessories effectively.
• Leverages sales in one category to recommend related modifications that enhance the customer's vehicle, including lowering kits, lift kits, suspension components, front and rear bumpers, front bumper and winch, LED light upgrades, etc.
• Cultivates relationships with customers to encourage repeat business, including addressing service-related matters.
• Exhibits a professional and courteous attitude towards customers while delivering prompt and efficient service for all inquiries.
• Accurately enters and processes orders, returns, and customer inquiries (ESD updates, cancellations, etc.).
• Answers customer questions and provides educational support, including purchasing recommendations as needed.
• Employs all available tools to meet bi-weekly sales goals and performance metrics – phone, chats, texting tools, live chat tickets, quotes, etc.
• Achieves performance standards for customer service quality, customer interactions, and revenue objectives.
• Alerts the Sales leadership team to trends or issues encountered.
• Engages in continuous learning through company-sponsored programs, such as LMS, to enhance expertise in all supported vehicles.
• Contributes to special projects and performs additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
• A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must possess or be able to acquire automotive knowledge for all supported vehicles.
• Strong sales skills with some product knowledge or the ability to learn.
• Capability to maintain attendance as per company policy.
• Ability to remain professional and tactful when dealing with challenging customers.
• Proficient in computer keyboarding and internet skills (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel).
• Must have a dependable PC and adequate internet speed to perform effectively in the role and meet expectations.
• Dual monitors are strongly recommended.
• Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Successful completion of the Turn5 sales new hire training program upon hiring.
• Must reside in PA, OH, MD, VA, SC, GA, FL, MS, KS, TX, AR, WI, MN, IN, NV, or UT.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
