This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Responsible for scheduling both daily and urgent cases, confirming all appointments for the following day, while ensuring regular 'check-in' calls are made with key clients.
• Establishes and nurtures relationships with surgeons and hospital schedulers, tailoring case scheduling processes to meet their specific needs and preferences.
• Addresses any client concerns to their satisfaction and ensures that these issues are properly documented.
• Collaborates with the after-hours answering service regarding the on-call schedule, regional settings, and dispatch policies.
• Complies with the company's Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, the MedTech Code, and all other relevant company policies.
• Maintains compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines both domestically and internationally by participating in introductory and annual training and staying informed about compliance issues relevant to the role.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two to five years of office experience with a demonstrated increase in responsibility, including at least 6 months of data entry experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary for effective interaction with sales and technical support teams, as well as customers.
• Proven typing and proofreading abilities.
• Ability to coach, communicate, and collaborate effectively with others to clarify data entry decisions.
• Experience in a call center or similar environment, handling 50-75 calls per day, is advantageous.
• Familiarity with managing a high volume of emails is also beneficial.
