This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage with policyholders and field staff through phone and email to compile lists of damaged personal belongings.
• Generate content lists that adhere to Enservio quality standards for precise item valuation.
• Assess lists provided by the insured and collect information on item age and pricing for accurate LKQ matching.
• Oversee and manage claim assignments effectively.
• Analyze claim details and the accompanying documentation.
• Conduct interviews and collaborate with relevant policy members to document total-loss contents.
• Follow up with policyholders to ensure the accuracy of inventory records.
• Identify slow-moving or outdated inventory and propose actionable plans.
• Communicate the status of claims, required documentation, and next steps to customers and internal team members.
• Accurately input claim-related documentation into the claims management system.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Minimum typing speed of 65 WPM.
• Quick learner with the ability to navigate claims management and estimating systems efficiently.
• Strong and accurate data-entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Comfortable utilizing web-based research tools to confirm product values and descriptions.
• Proficient in email and chat communication for customer support and claims documentation.
• Ability to empathize; experience with grieving individuals is an advantage.
• Background in customer service.
• Capability to remain on the phone for several hours at a time.
• Good cell phone reception at home.
• Access to the internet.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Part-time employment.
