This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Evaluate course materials for clinical accuracy, thoroughness, and alignment with the NHA CPT exam.
• Offer specialized feedback on inaccuracies, omissions, outdated content, and potential improvements.
• Confirm that exam preparation content aligns with the domains of the NHA Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) exam.
• Work in conjunction with our academic team and content provider to address queries and clarify standards.
• Authorize final content prior to the course being launched.
• After launch, conduct 1 hour of virtual office hours weekly to assist enrolled students.
• Engage in course and/or marketing initiatives (photography, biography, recorded segments, or testimonials) as mutually agreed upon.
• Current NHA CPT (Certified Phlebotomy Technician) certification.
• 3–4 years of phlebotomy experience in a clinical environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of active experience in venipuncture and specimen collection within the last 5 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Clinical Laboratory Science, Health Sciences, or a related field (Preferred).
• Over 5 years of experience in various clinical settings (hospital, reference lab, blood donation center, outpatient clinic, etc.) (Preferred).
• Familiarity with special collection techniques (blood cultures, arterial draws, pediatric/geriatric collections, point-of-care testing) (Preferred).
• Experience in teaching, precepting, or curriculum development (Preferred).
• Competitive contract rate (details provided in offer).
