Phlebotomist Test Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.

📋 Description

• Organize and establish methods for collecting blood samples.

• Prepare samples for laboratory analysis and handle documentation to ensure compliance.

• Work in partnership with customers and the sales team to facilitate efficient ordering and reporting.

• Supervise and coordinate patient care services to ensure effective healthcare delivery.

• Handle administrative duties such as accessing patient records and scheduling appointments.

• Maintain adherence to CAP CLIA standards and legal requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5-7 years of experience in phlebotomy; experience in oncology is mandatory.

• A BS/BA degree is preferred; a High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required.

• Phlebotomy Certificate as mandated by state regulations.
