Phlebotomist – Float

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding patient care and service focused on customer satisfaction

• Execute venipuncture procedures for patients across all age groups

• Gather and prepare non-blood specimens

• Ensure accurate specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering

• Promote safety, compliance, and quality assurance

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification

• Prior training or experience in phlebotomy

• Strong communication abilities

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

• Fundamental computer and data entry competencies

• Over 2 years of laboratory experience or training in specimen collection and processing (preferred)

• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians (preferred)
