Philanthropy Phone Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Establish, nurture, and enhance relationships with current Operation Blessing partners

• Develop voice-to-voice connections with partners and donors

• Communicate the ongoing needs of Operation Blessing ministries

• Illustrate how partner contributions can create a greater impact and outreach

• Assist with ministry activities and support OB’s mission to address physical and spiritual needs

• Clearly convey Operation Blessing’s programs, mission, and objectives to donors

• Collaborate with donors and CBN/OB team members

• Handle multiple tasks effectively while consistently meeting deadlines

• Demonstrated success in building relationships through phone and other communication channels while enhancing revenues through relationship management

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities

• Capability to engage with donors and CBN/OB staff in a positive and professional manner

• In-depth understanding of fundraising principles and practices

• Strong grasp of Biblical principles and doctrine

• Effective project and time management skills

• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously

• Outstanding oral and written communication skills

• Proficient in speaking persuasively and articulating OB’s programs, mission, and objectives

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor database applications

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail

• Ability to exercise discretion, sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality

• Self-driven and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Adaptability and ability to perform well under pressure while consistently meeting deadlines

• Evidence of applying Biblical principles and practices in life that align with OB’s nonprofit Christian mission

• Alignment with Operation Blessing’s mission and objectives
