• Assisting pharmacists, pharmacy coordinators, and supporting pharmacy programs or initiatives.
• Assessing and addressing pharmacy-related issues.
• Offering member support for various programs and initiatives.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the health care or insurance sectors (or equivalent experience).
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).
• High School Diploma along with current State Pharmacy Technician Licenses in good standing.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience in managed care customer service.
• Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical names, types, uses, and related information.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• A self-starter with excellent time management abilities and attention to detail.
• Bilingual Spanish speaker is preferred.
