Pharmacy Technician, Refill Calls

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Manage and execute medication refill processes, encompassing data entry and claim adjudication.

• Initiate outbound calls for refills and guide patients through the refill request process.

• Address and resolve inquiries from both patients and healthcare providers.

• Confirm prescription orders with pharmacists or clinical personnel.

• Keep patient and prescription information current in software systems.

• Identify trends, propose enhancements, and support initiatives for process improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to high service quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a pharmacy technician is required (including refills, claims adjudication, clinical collaboration, or specialty pharmacy).

• Must be a State registered Pharmacy Technician in California and possess National certification (CPhT or equivalent).
