This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
β’ Collaborate with insurance providers to secure medication approvals.
β’ Utilize pharmacy software to input data, execute test claims, and oversee follow-up activities.
β’ Record patient requirements, authorization progress, and assistance efforts throughout systems and EMRs.
β’ Liaise with prescribers to guarantee accurate and suitable prescriptions.
β’ Keep comprehensive documentation of all patient interactions.
β’ Support patients with insurance claims and medication adherence via telephone communication.
β’ Work alongside pharmacists and liaisons to enhance coordinated patient care.
β’ Conduct research to provide insights for decisions and operational enhancements.
β’ Oversee and refresh data in pertinent databases.
β’ Recognize challenges, suggest solutions, and engage in process improvement efforts.
β’ Uphold confidentiality and commit to continuous professional growth.
β’ Execute additional responsibilities as required; some travel may be necessary.
β’ State-registered Pharmacy Technician in Arizona; CPhT certification is mandatory.
β’ Minimum of 2 yearsβ experience as a pharmacy technician; High School Diploma or GED is required.
β’ Exceptional communication, organizational, and technical skills.
