• Develop and lead a strategic operating framework for a top-tier hub organization.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to create operational rhythms, performance management systems, transformation initiatives, and enterprise-wide connectivity that promotes growth, operational efficiency, and client success.
• Utilize real-world data and analytics to drive program development, pinpoint growth opportunities, guide strategic decision-making, and support the design and optimization of innovative patient support solutions.
• Oversee the creation of go-to-market strategies for pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturers, which includes commercialization planning, service positioning, value proposition development, and executing growth strategies.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to formulate and implement business strategies that enhance revenue growth, profitability, and long-term enterprise value.
• Manage the strategic narrative for the pharmacy hub organization by developing executive presentations, business reviews, board materials, budget-related communications, and enterprise leadership updates.
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or over 10 years of progressive experience in supporting life sciences clients.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in crafting hub strategy, designing patient access programs, or developing and applying real-world data strategies in pharmaceutical service models.
• Extensive experience in harnessing data insights, healthcare analytics, patient journey insights, and outcomes to aid strategic decision-making.
• Proven success in leading strategic planning, transformation initiatives, and cross-functional business operations.
• Established experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for pharmaceutical and biotechnology solutions/clients.
• High confidence and experience in executive communication, stakeholder management, and supporting C-Suite and senior leadership teams.
• Demonstrated experience with P&L ownership, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, including accountability for revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Experience in developing business cases, growth strategies, and investment plans that support expansion, innovation, and client value creation.
