Clinical Pharmacist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Clinical Pharmacy Director to provide clinical oversight for the creation and execution of the pharmacy program plan related to clinical services.

• Assess medication reconciliations and offer Medication Management referrals, education, and outreach to Care Management, healthcare providers, and members.

• Support pharmacy team members with pharmacy-related inquiries and projects.

• Conduct and facilitate educational activities for Trillium colleagues, providers, and members as needed.

• Aid in the design and upkeep of cost-effective pharmacy programs, which includes managing the formulary, utilization management programs, and addressing internal inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a higher qualification in Pharmacy.

• At least three (3) years of experience working as a pharmacist.

• Active pharmacist registration in the State of North Carolina with a valid North Carolina pharmacist license.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Candidates must reside in North Carolina.

• Ability to travel within the designated catchment area as required.

• Experience in Medicaid pharmacy benefits management is preferred.
