This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Collaborate with the Clinical Pharmacy Director to provide clinical oversight for the creation and execution of the pharmacy program plan related to clinical services.
β’ Assess medication reconciliations and offer Medication Management referrals, education, and outreach to Care Management, healthcare providers, and members.
β’ Support pharmacy team members with pharmacy-related inquiries and projects.
β’ Conduct and facilitate educational activities for Trillium colleagues, providers, and members as needed.
β’ Aid in the design and upkeep of cost-effective pharmacy programs, which includes managing the formulary, utilization management programs, and addressing internal inquiries.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a higher qualification in Pharmacy.
β’ At least three (3) years of experience working as a pharmacist.
β’ Active pharmacist registration in the State of North Carolina with a valid North Carolina pharmacist license.
β’ A valid driver's license is required.
β’ Candidates must reside in North Carolina.
β’ Ability to travel within the designated catchment area as required.
β’ Experience in Medicaid pharmacy benefits management is preferred.
