This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Deliver daily assistance to the Trillium pharmacy team.
• Collaborate with the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) and the State Department of Health Benefits (DHB).
• Aid in conducting medication reconciliations under supervision.
• Support the pharmacy team in clinical initiatives, including Medication Reconciliations.
• Accountable for data analysis and report generation.
• Assist Trillium team members with pharmacy-related information and projects.
• Contribute to outreach and communication efforts for the pharmacy provider network.
• Address member inquiries regarding the formulary/preferred drug list (PDL) process or access issues.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in pharmacy operations, with at least one (1) year in managed care.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician with licensure from the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Residency in North Carolina is required.
• Ability to travel within the catchment area as needed.
